I've decided to start a new journal. Less personal, at least for now. It's November! I couldn't be happier. Halloween was a success. I was Alice from Alice In Wonderland this year. My arm is healing okay from my break in early October. It was super disturbing, seeing it all bent. Now I have scars from the surgery that fixed it... I am so put off by the idea of having a body. The fact that it can get sick or terribly hurt, or die. And it's the same for everyone. That's the worst part. You'd think I'd feel less alone in that fact, but all it serves to show me is that we are just walking meat sacks all wired up the same way... I already like this journal more than my previous one. I feel more like myself. I want to be honest, for a while I was nearly pretending to be someone else. But their story isn't mine. There was a time where I really wanted it to be. But I have to let that go... it'd be a cliche to go down that same road anyway... Still, I know there is something after this life. I was granted the incredible pleasure of feeling and sensing it almost a decade ago. It's part of why I no longer take death as hard as I once did. Because I know it's not the end. The soul will never end, but the body will. Have you heard of water cremation? You let strong currents run over the deceased until only their bones remain. The surviving can use that water for something like gardening. What a sweet thought. That's all for now.
